“Who we are is defined not by what we say, but by what we do, and how well we do it.
Everything Leydon Lettings does today is the distillate of everything Leydon Lettings has ever done.
The results are for you to enjoy!”
– Bob Leydon (Owner and Director)
Owner and Managing Director
Bob Leydon (MARLA)
Bob Leydon let his first student house in 1987 and as a portfolio landlord is also owner of Leydon Lettings Agency.
His vision was to provide students with quality housing, banishing the notion that student accommodation could be inferior because each house was “just for students”.
Using his experience in construction and lettings, Bob sought to raise standards by providing students with double kitchens, double beds, en-suites, extra bedroom sockets, additional safety features and more.
Ultimately students become professionals who want somewhere to live, so he established a separate arm – Leydon Lettings accommodation for professionals.
With a desire to exchange knowledge and lobby authorities, Bob set up the Canterbury Landlord’s Forum. He continues to aspire to excellence.
He holds NFOPP Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Property Lettings and Management and is a member of ARLA, SLA, GLM, RLA, TPO, OS:P, Safe Agent (S4887) UKALA & NLA.
